The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated mortgage broker to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of running your own business while leveraging our established brand, systems, and support infrastructure.
Commission Structure:
Competitive commission split starting at 65/35 (broker/company)
Opportunity to increase split based on performance
Trail commission sharing arrangement
Access to commercial and development finance opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage your own client portfolio
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate lending solutions
Structure loan applications and manage them through to settlement
Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the company’s growth and reputation
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience.
Current MFAA or FBAA membership
Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Current ACL or Credit Representative status
Proven track record in mortgage broking
Strong understanding of lending policies and products
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong business acumen
